Enjoyed it

Walk across the street to the public beach access. Next to an ice cream parlor. Nice place for people wanting an old school hotel and not the holiday in express. Good parking. Enjoyed the trip back in time.

The property was close to the beach. But the house keeping was terrible. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The dust on the fans was really bad and the shower had hair and what appeared to be mold and something smeared all over the walls. I definitely will not stay there again.

Title: Filthy, Unsafe, and Insulting Response – Do NOT Stay Here! I have stayed in many places over the years, and this was by far the most disgusting and poorly managed property I’ve ever experienced. This place should not be advertised at the rate I paid — it felt like a $50-a-night roadside dump, not a $200+ vacation rental. Here’s what I encountered: • Black mold in the bathroom and even on the doors, a clear health hazard. • Thick layers of dust coating the ceiling fans, window ledges, and even the walls — clearly no one has cleaned this property in ages. • Lamps literally falling apart. • The entire room smelled musty and damp, making it feel unclean and unsafe. • Trash scattered throughout the backyard, including a dirty diaper just left behind. • To make matters worse, there was an animal scratching inside the walls at night, making it impossible to sleep. When I reported these issues to KEES Vacations management, they only offered a pathetic $30 “goodwill” refund, which is beyond insulting given the condition of this property and the amount I paid. It’s clear they have zero concern for guest safety, cleanliness, or satisfaction. This property is completely unkempt and neglected. I will never stay at a KEES property again, and I strongly urge others to stay far away. There are plenty of clean, well-managed places to stay — don’t risk your vacation, your health, or your sanity here. Bottom line: • This place is a health hazard. • KEES management is dismiss

This property is a bit outdated, but the room is reasonably clean - the bathroom floors are sticky. Need an extra bedside table and a coffee table.

This property is overpriced. It was close to the beach which was nice. We weren’t given the code to get into the front door, fortunately another guest shared it with us. The room number was confusing. NHB104 meant we were in room 4. Again, another guest helped us figure that out. We had to request the WiFi password by text but were given that promptly. The facility is old. The jets on the tub were very dirty. There was mold on the shower curtain. There was peeling paint on the wall. Room was spacious. It worked for an overnight stay but not in the best repair and not the cleanest. Way overpriced.

It was not as advertised, room was outdated, felt like an oversized jail cell never received password for the Internet, so was not able to watch TV or connect to the Internet at all the code they sent went to a back door of this place very dissatisfied paid a lot of money for the conditions that it was.

I’ve stay here twice. It is a perfect couples romantic getaway. Our only issue was our tv remote volume didn’t work properly. It was never fixed during our stay. Since there is no one on site at all times there is a possibility if something comes up they may not correct it in a timely manner.

We received a text message with the info on getting in our room, however it did not have the door code for the front door it took us 45 minutes to get up eith someone to let us in. The text also said itvwould give usbthe wifi password but itvwas blank. The Inn was clean but they should have a better system of communication.

Great place the first stay not so much the second

Hello, Just wanted to say the stay this time has been less than stellar. The tub keeps filling in a weird color, the Jacuzzi doesn't work, the room was at 80 degrees, the TV can not be set up, some of the amenities were already opened, there are hairs on the bed and the toilet doesn't flush properly. We booked this room for a lot of money and this has been reported to hotels.com as well.

Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. Buy a Longer Shower Curtain next time. Thanks from Mike & Susan from Chesapeake Virginia. See You Next Year!!!
