よかった点は、キッチンで自炊ができたこと、ビジネスホテルのように洗濯機の取り合いにならずに済んだこと、居室の壁や照明が綺麗だった。海外のグループ客を見つけたが、とくに騒音はなかった。 不満に感じたことは、お風呂の床がヌルヌルしていて臭かったことと、玄関を開けた瞬間から前泊者の食べ物の匂いなのか、強烈な悪臭が気になった。換気しても効果が出ず、洗面所の下を開けたところから悪臭が放たれていたので清掃をお願いしたいと思った。 悪い点があるが、価格的にもお得だし、立地も良かったため、香りとお風呂の床が善処されることを祈ります。お部屋によるかもしれませんが。

動いてもいないのにセンサーのライトが着いたり消えたりする。

動いたり、歩いたりしていないのに、センサーのライトがついたり消えたりしていました。 ずっとベッドの方にいて動いてもいないのに、通路やおへやの中の電気がセンサーでついたり消えたりの繰り返しでした。 少し怖いです。

駐車場が施設の斜め前にありますが、そこではなく、その駐車場のさらに斜め後ろの方が安いのでおすすめです。キッチンは狭かったですが、ちょっとした料理には便利だと思います。バスタオルはありますが、パジャマや歯ブラシ、箸がないので持ってきた方が良いです。パンフレットにアメニティ書いてあるので確認した方が良いです。

金山駅から少し離れておりとても静かで快適でした。隣との壁が少し薄いかもですが‥ 部屋全体も綺麗に清掃されておりお風呂も広めです。 皆さんの口コミを見て浴室乾燥がついている事をしり、荷物を減らす事ができました。 洗濯物は朝にはしっかり乾いていました。 無人ですが全く問題ありませんでした。機会があれば又利用したいです。
