This hotel is surrounded by shopping and clothing store, so it's vibrant and lively in the morning and during the day. But at night, it's dark and just dead quiet. If you are into a late night happening, this isn't really the place for you but if you want a peace & quiet area to sleep and with family, this is definitely a place to be. Having said that, there are late night restaurants and bars within 15 min walking distance. I did enjoy the excellent check-in staff service and the free glass of happy hour wine to start the day. Also, they have luggage delivery service. This hotel is luxurious and modern, the room is relatively bigger than most Japanese typical small hotels. There 2 queen size beds in our room with a nice bathroom section. Lots of spaces to open our luggage fully and chairs to sit around. I would recommend this place and definitely come back here for its close location to the shopping stores and other cafes.

The staff at the check in which is an Indian girl was rude and the check out was a hassle because they don’t speak English and very staff named O. Aichi is very rude as well that match her face which is very ugly . I will never stay in that hotel again

Hotel Forza’s reception is not on the ground floor but the third floor. It has a beautiful lounge and free coffee and wine but the coffee machine was broken for the last two days of my stay. The room is neat and has some space for your luggage. The cleaning staff and the receptionists are helpful and polite. Hotel Forza’s location is very good with three major department stores across the street and many shops on the underground shopping street.

One of the best in Nagoya
I always use this hotel in Nagoya if I can. Great location near a big Donki. Staff are friendly and profession. Rooms are clean and modern with everything you need.

Located in a bustling area, but on a quieter street. Big department stores, Sakae area are just within walking distance. No direct bus or train to go to airport after COVID, transit at Kanayama station is recommended.

Room was quite small but it was located in the central area near a train station and a lot of shopping places. Staffs were friendly but not good for families due to the small room size, and there were only 2 washing machines next to the front desk. The breakfast buffet was pretty good even if there were not variety.

Perfect Hotel and location
Shaky check-in since they could not find the booking of my 2nd room. They reserved it under my companions name (wife) even if I made the booking under my name and card. But other than that everything else was perfect. They also a subsidized parking with 2 spots nearby. ¥2k/24hrs. Great hotel.

Convenient location with many dining & shopping options all around. It is also a short walk from the subway station. Service staff were very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, large by Japanese standards as there was a couch by the window but still a squeeze to open up your luggage freely. The bed is an issue as it’s only 125cm wide so it’s a little uncomfortable for 2 persons. Overall, it was an acceptable experience.

The TV was huge and up to date. You can watch YouTube, TV, etc…. The amenities were great and coffee was unlimited. The only thing that I do not like was the shower curtain was a bit smelly.

The hotel is in the city center. There were lots of places to go to within the vicinity. The staff were very accommodating and could speak English. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I go back to Nagoya.

Place was amazing. Great shower/bathroom, great bedding, large smart TV. Cant really ask for more at the price. The location was also prime, lots of nearby shopping and attractions. Definitely recomend, qont be disappointed.
