Really good location. Within very close walking distance to the train and just overall walking distance to a lot of the tourist places. Staff was friendly, room was clean and was an easy check in/out process. Highly recommended!

A pair of dried contact lens were found on the bedside table. Staff were super nice, even though I don’t know Japanese. The bed and the duvet are super comfortable. Not enough hangers and wardrobe. If I could have some more hangers, I still couldn’t find any places to hang my clothes. No place for me to hand the towels in the bathroom. Yet, the bathroom is very spacious with a large bathtub. Location is great. Quiet location, but not far away from Sakae or Nagoya station. I could even walk to Sakae and Nagoya stn. A number of convenience stores were nearby. No windows in the room, which is a little bit disappointed. But I totally understand this is not the fault of the hotel. No worries. I will recommend this hotel to the others.

This is a very conveniently placed hotel which is almost brand new. Staff were great and room was clean and had all necessary amenities. We did not have a window in the bedroom, just one in the bathroom facing another building, but for our short stay it was totally alright. Will come back again!

ホテル内、部屋はきれいで心地が良い。カフェも併設されていて困らない。 エレベーターが1基しかなく、時間帯によっては下層階の人は乗れなくなっていた。 個人的には、テレビがスマートTVではないのが不便だった。

年越しを過ごさせて頂きました。 実は去年の年末年始もこちらを利用しましたが、良かったためリピートです。 一言で言うと無駄がなくシンプルで良いです。 お部屋はコンパクトですが、とても清潔感があり、私たちはあまり狭さを感じることもなく快適に過ごしました。 何よりリピートの理由となったのが、伏見という立地の良さと、ユニットバスではなくシャワーとバスタブがそれぞれ独立しているなど、魅力的なところが沢山あるにも関わらずコスト面も優しいというところです。 フロントの方々も皆様感じが良く、またチェックインチェックアウトもとてもスムーズです。 前回は利用しなかったモーニングも今回は利用し、これぞホテルアンドルームスという感じでした。また大阪なども利用したいです。
