The pool was great and the property is close to the airport and the view from our room over the bay was lovely. The service is very, very slow even for Fiji standards. If you’re looking for somewhere you can relax and don’t mind waiting for 1/2 and hour for someone to serve you in the restaurant then this is the place to go.

Close to restaurants, location good, attached restaurant had great food though wait time was long and staff was short, breakfast was excellent (included), room faced a building but it was fine, noise level from the open air roof top of the hotel next door was loud but finished at 10:30pm and then it was great sleeping, a/c worked well, front desk staff was excellent and helped with booking taxis and finding a rental car, wi-fi was strong and stable

When checking in, we had to wait some time for a staff member to help us. The rooms could do with some better deep cleaning but the location of Sailors is in a great spot and only walking distance from The Beach Club which has great live music! Grateful for the staff who worked downstairs at the bar later on because let’s just say, some have better customer service than others. Cocktails were good. Food wasn’t that great.

Firstly my reservation wasn't made right.i made the reservation for 6th and 7th Aug.Upon arriving at the property they told me my reservation was for 5th and 6th which totally ruined my stay but the front desk agent went back and forth and arranged my stay for another night which was on the 15th aug.okay that worked out but the stay on the 6th,bed was sunk in.Not sure what room they gave me since the reservation was messed up..Moving on when I went for my stay on the 15th,room was ok,bed was ok but we found out there were flies n cockroaches on the wall and ceiling..I will attach picture as I could only capture one since they were scrolling under the light and couldn't see.. Overall I didnt enjoyed my stay,very bad experience but staffs were okay and friendly. Thank you
