The facilities are not complete, there is no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers, no comb, the network is not good, it is noisy during the day, and the bed is not very comfortable. The overall experience is not good.

The service here is terrible. There are lots of locals from Saigon that come to this hotel and is very loud. My room had a water leak, nothing was done about it. I requested two bottles of water from room service and was told there would be a charge. But if I dialed reception and requested there ...

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.
