「Our room was comfortable and quiet, except for the mini split. The unit was somewhat noisy when it periodically ran during the night. However the cooling was needed because the Las Cruces weather is getting hotter. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast was well above average with a few hot items. Overall we’d stay here again with no hesitation.」

「The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.」

「There was a big dead roach in the room. I asked to be cleaned and all they did was pick up the roach. They never came to clean the room. There were old food and drinks in the room, I’m guessing it was from previous guest. The only good thing is that it had a fridge and microwave.」

「The property didn’t look like the pictures advertised, room was dirty, stained sheets, stained towels, cockroaches, hair in the shower strainer, unclean shower. I like the soap. Rooms need maintenance. And was only serving coffee and waffles nothing else.」

「Very unclean. There was a massive stain on the bed, Food on the bed frame, stains on the walls, and the floors were horrible.」

「It was pretty clean and the front desk people were pretty cool. If you wake up early you can grab breakfast early and stuff. You should come here. Worth staying at.」

「It was a quiet stay. Rooms are large. I did noticed beds were double beds, not two queen size beds. However, mattresses were very comfortable. 」
