「Clean room, such a beautiful hotel. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, the only problem we encountered was that our shower drain would not drain. 」

「The room was good, wish they had a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Everything was clean and organized though. Didn’t get to check in after one hour of original check in, can’t believe they only had one maid for their busiest weekend hence the late check in because they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was good but they ran out of waffle mix, sad.」

「We arrived for a 1 night stay. Booked a King bed with pull-out sofa bed. We were in town for a large concert. Front staff told me our room was unavailable and blamed Expedia for overbooking the property. Due to the event, we were already being price gauged and we knew it but options were scarce. After some additional talking with management, they decided they would provide us with a rollaway bed in a king size room. 「There were no towels in the bathroom and I had to go down to the front desk to get some. The shower head was too low on the wall that my boyfriend had to crouch down and the room was outdated. Everything worked though and it was somewhat quiet so overall it wasn't too bad.」

Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.」
