「Great stay. Clean and safe. Breakfast spread was amazing. Eggs, biscuits and gravy and hatch chilies. Great variety for adults and children. I traveled with my family of 4 and everyone enjoyed breakfast. Room did not she’ll. Plenty of towels. Restaurants near by for dinner. Right off the highway.」

「i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when...

「The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.」

「Do not book this Motel 6 in Las Cruces. When I arrived, the front desk employee was in a heated argument with another customer who had also booked through Expedia. He was loudly insisting that the customer’s Expedia reservation did not exist. Before I could even attempt to check in, it was obvious this property was in complete disarray. 「Arrived to see manager and customer yelling at each other. Lobby was very dirty and not inviting. We ran as fast as we could away from this hotel! Lost ~$70 and had to drive to another town, but there was no way I was going to spend the night in this place.」

「Room smelt like smoke and mildew with dirty/damp carpet. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and only one towel. Exterior door to the building did not lock or have key access- so anyone could walk in. Staff informed me that they typically rent these rooms as weekly rentals to the unhoused community, which is a great service but hard when you’re a travelling family looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night. Pool was also closed.」

「Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us.」
