「Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us.」

「The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.」

「The property didn’t look like the pictures advertised, room was dirty, stained sheets, stained towels, cockroaches, hair in the shower strainer, unclean shower. I like the soap. Rooms need maintenance. And was only serving coffee and waffles nothing else.」

「Tribble rooms」

「Room smelt like smoke and mildew with dirty/damp carpet. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and only one towel. Exterior door to the building did not lock or have key access- so anyone could walk in. Staff informed me that they typically rent these rooms as weekly rentals to the unhoused community, which is a great service but hard when you’re a travelling family looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night. Pool was also closed.」

「This place shocked me how nice it was especially because it was one of the more affordable hotels I saw in the area. Staff was super professional and friendly, the hotel itself was gorgeous and the view from my room was spectacular.」
