"When I booked this room I requested a handicap access room, which was wonderful. However, the agent checking us in refused us the cot we needed. There was plenty of room and we were told there was not enough space for a cot. Very disappointing to be told upon check out that we indeed could have had a cot."

"Room was clean and such but there are MAJOR renovations under way and it is not advertised before making a reservation. It would have been nice to know up front. Staff and room were satisfactory."

"Clean and easy to access for Foxwoods. A bit outdated but clean is most important for us. "

"The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The bathroom was small. It did not have a handheld showerhead which has now become a standard. Decorations super cute. "

"Clean and close to the casino, but a lot cheaper. We enjoyed the whirlpool tub. However, it was annoying to be charged $2.50 for a water. They had $10 water in the lobby. Bring your own. "

"No hot tube and no hot water the morning the we left. Plenty of parking and well lite at night."
