Hard to check in because no one was at the desk. Room was clean, but hotel was outdated and ratty looking. I was told at check-in that there would be coffee and tea 24 x 7 but when I woke up in the middle of the night, there was no hot water.

Sands Ocean Club Resort
This is an older run down facility and the room was neglected by the cleaning staff......parking deck is very tight and full .... I will never stay here again.

Dunes Village Resort
Very nice staff at the front desk and concierge.however my room wasn’t cleaned at all during stay, and I found spots of blood around the toilet which I purchased bleach wipes and cleaned myself.

Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark
The room was decent, nothing to write home about but had a nice oceanfront view. The lady that checked us in was kind and the bartender/waitress at the restaurant was wonderful. Food and drinks were overpriced. The door handle for the balcony was broken and no soaps were provided in the restroom. ...
