Where do I even start? We've been trying to contact them since the minute we arrived the airport, nobody picked up our calls even after we tried calling all the available numbers online. Somehow we reached the location but we couldn't find the property, we had to drive around the block multiple times, and we find out that their entire parking lot is closed due to renovation and the alternatives the sign suggested were also full. Somehow we parked and walked up to the small outlet near the parking lot which is apparently their reception with nobody in there. Finally, we found a number to call and we got in. Not anything like what they advertised, our room was three blocks away from there. Room was in a basement floor; stinky and dusty room with worn out bedding, unclean furniture, bathroom without toilet paper and other toiletries, and toaster with hairs. There was no Wifi; we called & they said it was down and would be available the next day (no it wasn't). When we called to get TP, they asked us to collect it from the front desk which is 3 blocks away. We stepped out the next morning and we got locked out of our own room because they blocked our key card thinking we were supposed to check out then (we weren't). We again had to take the 3 block walk to get that activated. We found many other customers throughout our stay who ended up trapped there just like us. We have have been to over 20 countries and stayed in many properties.This is by far the worst.
