Beach Getaway.

The rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Good location, able to walk almost everywhere. Outlets and the Aquarium about an 8 minute drive. Would stay there again.

Ocean front rooms with amazing views! Balcony is large enough to sit and enjoy the sounds, smells and beautiful view. Can park on your same level as your room if you stay lower than floor 11, preventing elevator wait time. The outdoor amenities and direct beach access are bonuses!

The staff were friendly and listened to our complaints and the hotel was in a very convenient location. However the room was in pretty rough condition. The plumbing fixtures were loose and not sealed to the walls. The carpet was torn up and stained, all the mattresses had significant stains, as well as the couch and chair cushions. The kitchen tiles were broken and there were several holes in the drywall. That’s just the worst of it, overall it’s not the worst hotel we used, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and won’t be using it again.

Our room was decent - looks like it was newly remodeled to appear better. Other rooms were not as clean. Area around the room could have been better taken care of. Elevator area was dirty. Pool area and beach area were nice, clean, and it’s in a very convenient location near shops and boardwalks!

The room we got, the entire room the floors were dirty and slippery. Definitely worned shoes to bed and the linen wasn’t clean. The pools didn’t look clean either.

Not recommended

The only thing I liked about the location was that it was close to shopping and entertainment. The kitchen was very small, and I didn’t have enough space to prepare food. The room didn’t have enough lighting, so it was too dark at night. The swimming pool wasn’t big enough for kids to play in. I was very disappointed.

The staff was very kind and tried their best to accommodate. When we arrived the room was too small for 4 people. It felt very dirty with old musty carpet and dirty walls. Beds were very uncomfortable and overall the room felt really dated and dirty. We asked for a different room but they were unable to provide that due to being full. We didn’t expect a fancy hotel but we did expect clean and this didn’t fit the bill for us. It feels like the amount of money we paid for the stay should be put back into the prompt to update the rooms.

The ceiling in the family room and one of the bedrooms was peeling paint. We could only use 1 room when i paid for 2 and you were confined to one spot in the family room in order to avoid the paint chips falling. Advised management and they never contacted me in regards to this matter.

Our party stayed in a penthouse family size unit, however our party was not comfortable with the sleeping accommodations. One of the rooms should’ve had 2 fulls or 2 doubles as what was reflected in the pictures when we booked it, however we were given 2 twin beds. There was 5 adults and 5 children ranging in age of (5-12 years old). Sleeping was very tight and uncomfortable that involved mixing adults and the kids on the beds depending on similar body sizes. It didn’t help that there was no food places on the property when you wanted a quick bite, the drink/bar section was closed and you had to ask the front desk for literally everything we needed more of. The property itself does need updating including the rooms and the carpeting on the floors need to be replaced or simply removed.
