Agree that it's a little dated but the room was clean and large. Balcony was fine but wouldn't bother next time as the roof top swimming pool area was great. Wonderful views, drinks available and nice and cool up there. Breakfast was a mix of food (western and Vietnamese) but plentiful and fine. Location was good - 6 minute walk from Burning Monk Statue (Thich Quang Duc) and then on to Independence palace etc. Great beer bar round the corner - try the hard lemonade 😉

"Good location. We Paid extra $12 to get balconies with river view each room. Room 401 conditions Is horrible. Dirty bathroom, stained curtains & head lamp. Dirty glass cups. Unclean bath tub.
