"Wir waren seit doch einiger Zeit wieder einmal Gast hier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir jeweils zu den Heimspielen des FCA gehen, sind wir darauf angewiesen, das Gepäck im Hotel zu deponieren. Das ist im Rugs Hotel möglich....aber es kostet 18 Euro ...... unverschämt und unverständlich!!!"

"Tired hotel with no curtain in my room and far too hot although the radiator was switched off. The shower head would not hold up and the bed was very soft - ok for some people I know, but not me. There was no breakfast other than coffee and worst of all there is only a small time with any staff. That’s no help if you’re facing a keypad to get in. The telephone number to a sister hotel cuts off if you select the English option and if you take the German option they are not exactly helpful - I am still waiting for a call back that was promised in five minutes! "
