「Awesome and helpful staff and amazing breakfast!」

「Breakfast was excellent! House was quite. Only issue was that we didn't know that kitchen was open to guest on the first day. That is where the homemade cookies, muffin, and coffee is!」

The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「First of all. Don’t judge this hotel by the pictures on Expedia. There is a reason there are not many. The building and facilities are not updated or well maintained. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel where quality matches price. This is the place for you. If you stay here-do not use the cheaper non refundable rate that is offered. I made that mistake. 「The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.」

「My only concern was the elevators were not conveniently located and the pool was in a poor location. Really a very nice place to stay.」

「No “on-site” laundry amenities. The front desk was closed at 10:00pm, so we had to call a number for any help. Our key timed out, so we had to call and wait for somebody to arrive to re-program a key.」

「We stayed for 3 nights. 4 people. Double queen beds. Pros: clean, elevator, AC, cable, free wifi, free excellent breakfast, comfortable beds Cons: parking and walking on a hill, bathroom-very small with toilet and tub/shower in room by itself. Hard to get dressed. Sink outside by beds, no microwave to reheat leftovers from restaurant.」

BREAKFAST: From what I read online, the breakfast was award-winning… I did not experience an award-winning breakfast but everything was hot and well tended. Honestly, I would give it a better rating if the coffee wasn’t so terrible but I had to outsource my coffee during our trip because the hotel coffee was awful.
