「Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. 」

「La force de cet établissement réside dans l’extrême gentillesse du personnel. Ce sont des gens serviables et attentionnés.
Il y a un excellent café ainsi qu’un supermarché près de l’hôtel.
Demandez à avoir une chambre à l’avant de l’hôtel. À l’arrière, la vue donne sur la toiture du rez-de-chaussée.」
