Хотя написано "В случае изменения или отмены бронирования после 18:00, 24/06/2019 (GMT+06:00) ", сняли всю оплату из карты 28 мая.
Хотя лифт сломался один день не было компенсации.

호텔에 새벽에 도착했는데 직원들이 친절하게 도와주어서 인상깊었다. 다음날 새벽에 비행기가 있었는데 체크아웃이후에 로비에 짐을 보관할 수 있어서 매우 좋았다. 아스타나에 좋은 인상을 남기고 싶은 여행자들에게 적극 추천한다.
