「Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff who helped me when Expedia wouldn't. I inadvertently booked the wrong date without trip insurance and Expedia was "unable" to reach the hotel. My wife called the hotel and explained the situation and they helped us change the date in their system.」

「The room: Cold (balcony doors not isolated properly), beds too hard, pillow too big not a confortable sleep. Food: Mediocre, had a st valentin dinner and breakfast and the same do not recommend. Costumer service: Good Overall will never go back」

「Check in was difficult ... when we arrived the lights were off and the building seemed closed. A man spoke to us through the window to find out why we were there. We finally convinced him that we had a room reserved for the night. He let us in the building, checked us in and gave us our key. The room was as described. 」

The pool area was clean but we did not get to use it as much as we would have liked due to our schedule. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, and shower was hot. 「Terrible place! You will not sleep here the walls have no insulation so you hear the noises from everyone mind you I’m Colombian used to some noise but not on this level. Also the staff has that attitude of is “not my problem I just work here” “I could care less what your saying” “Music woke me up at 3:30 am twice, worse experience ever! 」

I was charged the full amount and then at the end, the manager billed me while they receive payment they charged me the total amount for 2nd time on my credit card and appears 2 charges for the same period of booking with this Hotel.」
