「Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff who helped me when Expedia wouldn't. I inadvertently booked the wrong date without trip insurance and Expedia was "unable" to reach the hotel. My wife called the hotel and explained the situation and they helped us change the date in their system.」

「Habitacion limpia pero fue dificil que me proporcionaran clave para internet el check in fue complicado porque no sabian de mi llegada. Yo llegue tarde al lugar y no tenian ni una agua para tomar mucho menos algo de comer tuve que esperar al siguiente dia para buscar algo de comida. Es importante que hagan saber eso para futuros viajeros」

「The room: Cold (balcony doors not isolated properly), beds too hard, pillow too big not a confortable sleep. Food: Mediocre, had a st valentin dinner and breakfast and the same do not recommend. Costumer service: Good Overall will never go back」

「The good: Staff is very friendly and helpful with luggage. Very close to the airport. The bad: Showers don’t actually have hot water, it’s more like room temperature water, unpleasant. Soap dispensers were empty. Room had spiders and webs. I will not stay here again.」

「My room was a well-equipped luxury studio apartment that included a washer/dryer (what a treat) and a great small kitchen and a large walk-in shower. Absolutely loved my accommodation. And for you gringos and gringas out there with shaky Spanish, your host, Juan, not only speaks impeccable English but is so very helpful. Highly recommend!」
