"Everyone on the staff were super friendly they went above and be on to make my stay comfortable the food was amazing the beach was at my footstep super nice pools are spacious plenty of room for everyone. Casino and entertainment in lobby for those that like to try their luck. I recommend this hotel"

"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. On one day of my stay a woman was removing her extensions by the pool starting at 10am. When I returned from the beach at 3 she was still there and braids blew from her bag of hair and were floating through the pool. I quietly notified staff so as not to embarrass her or cause a scene. When I returned from dinner 2 hours later she was still there and more braids were floating through the pool. I again quietly notified staff and they said there pool maintenance team comes in the morning. I did tell them I felt it was strange no one checked on the pool all day as she had Ben there doing those for 8 hours! Also, there was a pool skimmer on the side of the pool so I’m not sure why the staff couldn’t just use that to remove the over a dozen braids floating through the pool."
