"Excellent property. 2 streets away from the main Plaza and church. Property is actually 3 homes (one convent) adjoined and converted into a hotel. It is over 500 years old! Beautifully mantained. AC in rooms works very well. 65 inch TV in room. We also had an outside patio (we stayed in Jazmin room ). Nice breakfasts. Beautiful dinners. Mole making class was awesome. Only drawback (and it is a minor one, for many hotels in the area have the same problem) is that there is no parking on the premises. Valet parking is always available, just be midful that it takes about 30 minutes to get your car after it is requested. Otherwise, just awesome."

"They hotel was a good selection we make is not in the downtown but was close to them we drive to San Miguel and we live the car in the parking lot and we use uber very cheap was like 5 Dlls we recoment use uber because the parking in the downtown is like 5 Dlls and hour"

"It’s a nice place to stay at, but the accessibility is a problem if you have to up and down stairs during your stay, there is no elevator. The stairs can be difficult to use for an older adult. Also no view except on the rooftop restaurant if you are staying on main building. Otherwise very nice place to stay."
