Location is another thing I like. From here, you can enjoy a little walk around the Keijo Park, visit Akita-inu museum and appreciate the gorgeous view of Mt. Ho-o alongside Nagaki river. "The on-site restaurant had a limited meal selection and was next to a very noisy inside waterfall. We stayed in a Japanese style room, it was an experience but as a westerner sleeping on the floor was not much fun. The hotel is well located close to the water front, the ferry terminal and lake side walks."
