We stayed at the JAL City hotel for 5 nights. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very close to Nakajima park, transportation, and a variety of dining options. However, there is construction going on next to the hotel. We were originally assigned a room right next to the construction site but were able to change the room to the opposite site of the hotel, away from the noise of the construction.
The breakfast included a variety of options; however, it did not change much during our stay and it sometimes got very crowded so we had to wait a while before getting seated.
The staff were the highlight of this hotel; service was excellent.

Do not get me wrong, the staff was super nice and friendly. Only concern was as follows. I arrived just after 2pm and check in is at 3pm, which is fine as I waited in the lobby, my fault I was early.
