Résidence non sécurisée

Durant la nuit ( vers 21h ) un individu a ouvert la porte avec des clés alors que nous étions au lit et a commencé a rentrer dans le logement. Il a refermé et est parti après avoir été empêché de rentrer par mon mari. La direction a été avertie. Cette résidence n est pas sûre, étant donné que quelqu'un d autre que les occupants puisse présenter dans le local , nuitamment et selon la direction, ne faisant pas partie du personnel.

Joli endroit pour séjour en Auvergne

3 nuits pour séjour découverte des volcans d'Auvergne, très bien situé et très agréable. Au réveil des montgolfières qui passent tout près des hébergements c est magnifique. Les hébergements sont propres, bien disposés et confortables. Le restaurant est sympathique et le personnel très agréable.

Appartement (petite maison).

Appartement avec 2 chambres et une cuisine (pas équipée d'ustensiles puisque c'était une réservation hôtelière...). Parfait pour notre séjour, avec un petit déjeuner très convenable.

L'accueil est correct. Le rapport qualité prix très mauvais. Les chambres sont au confort très bas de gamme avec un équipement au strict minimum. Le restaurant propose un service proche de celui d' une cantine scolaire.

Bâtiment vieillissant dommage

Une équipe et un environnement au top ! Une soirée jeux en bois qui a plu à notre fils de 4 ans et la proximité du village est super. Cependant le bâtiment qui fait la partie hôtelière est très vieillot, beaucoup de petites bêtes (mais bon, c'est la campagne ça !), des fissures un peu partout à l'extérieur, ça mériterait un bon rafraîchissement ! La propreté est moyenne aussi. Pour quelques jours c'est convenable mais pas plus !
