Hôtel agréable, personnel sympathique hormis le serveur qui ne veux même pas regarder dans notre direction après 15 min à le regarder servir les autres nous sommes partis sans avoir pris le petit déjeuner. Ils devraient faire l'effort de parler français.

Clean, simple, modern, friendly

Only stayed one night, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere looked very clean and well maintained. Rooms are simple but nice. No bed bugs. Good value.

Enchantés

De passage pour une nuit, nous avions pris la 1/2 pension et nous avons été enchanté du séjour. Nous avons été surclassés la chambre était très bien, la baignoire de la salle de bain avait un système de balnéothérapie. On nous a fait la surprise de recevoir dans notre chambre une bouteille de pétillant avec 2 coupes. Le diner du soir était très bon et la salle de restaurant très agréable. Le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant est très aimable. Petit bémol pour la quartier.

Cambiazo de habitación en 5 minutos.

En mi e-mail de confirmación de la reserva, en características de la habitación ponía 1 cama doble, lo que me da a entender a mi una cama de matrimonio, normalmente si son dos camas suele poner 2 camas individuales, cuándo llegué a recepción me dieron la habitación 222, en cuestión de 5 min, lo que tardó la recepcionista en llamar a la chica que estaba preparándome la habitación (dejar dos copas de vino, cuyas copas estaban blancas y las tuve que volver a limpiar, y dejar el vino que le dejé yo por la mañana para que me lo prepararan), la habitación cambió magicamente de numero, ya era la 227. La primera excusa era que en la reserva no ponía nada de que era una cama de matrimonio, la segunda excusa fue el hotel en una semana se había llenado y me habían tenido que cambiar la habitación porque yo pagué menos que los demás huéspedes. La tercera excusa fue que en todo el hotel sólo hay 4 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y dos eran suits. Con que excusa me quedo?

Hotel Villa de Muro, para ir a ver moros y cristia

El hotel está nuevo, la habitación bien, la atención en recepcion muy bien, pero en la cafeteria son lentos, muy lentos y te ignoran un poco. El restaurante para comer caro, y a partir del viernes ya no hay menu., aunque en las paginas de información que hay en la habitación pone menu de Lunes a Domingo.
