"I booked this for the spa and pool. When I got there it was booked out for an event 8:30am-5:30pm both days. I got up at 7:30am to use the pool before the event, I was told I couldn't and managed to convince the man working there to let me in. He said I could only use the pool and 10 mins max and not to use the spa. Very disappointing. Especially since the sign said the event started 8:30am and technically I had a whole hour to use the spa. "

The double room was clean and the bed comfortable but very small, almost central London size, would definitely choose a larger room next time. "
