"Perfect location and staff were extremely helpful with all inquiries and requests. They recommended a wonderful nearby restaurant for dinner, gave easy step-by-step directions on how to get there and, we loved the dinner/restaurant. They do not provide irons or steamers but were able to press our outfits quickly so we could have them ready that same evening. The hotel does not exchange money but does give a few options for nearby locations. The room was very clean and our view could not be beat! We included breakfast with our stay and took advantage of the seating with canal views, a perfect way to start the day. Would 100% stay there again."

"Hotel location was great close to water taxis and gondola and Saint Marks Square. Only thing was the mattress was bad and air freshener in lobby was so strong I was sneezing a lot and runny nose"
NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

"We really enjoyed our stay at the NH Collection Murano Villa. The property is beautiful, seemingly near new construction, and very clean. The staff are excellent, and very helpful with suggestions on dining, water taxi / travel into Venice. The private dock made travel to and from the Marco Polo Airport a breeze. There are two vaporetto stations a short walking distance away as well. We found several great restaurants and drink spots close by. The on property restaurant and bar areas are also excellent. We ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning, the spread has something for everyone. A night cap on the terrace was also a favourite for us as well. If you’re looking for a quieter, less touristy spot close to Venice, I would highly suggestion choosing this hotel. We had some reservations originally about being ‘isolated’ on Murano, but once we arrived, we instantly fell in love with the location and the people."
