「Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.」

「No rags and wipes inside unit.」

「Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend.」

「A perfect place for a group of 4. Nice and clean unit. All of us in our group like it so much that and will definitely book it on our next trip.」

「I like the view, clean and helpful staff.」

「There was no laundry (stack unit) as described in the listing, when requesting assistance and compensation for the missing amenity was told to ‘go complain to Expedia’ Room was very clean, only provided one towel per person, WiFi code was changed daily and had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get new code each morning. Communication with front desk was difficult, air con worked good, no elevator for guest use available.」

「The host (Ghen) was superb, super responsive and very accomodating to our needs. I would stay there again on my next visit.」

「Property is not clean especially the hallway. The smell is not good.」
