"Really a great central location. Elevator is several steps up, but staff was wonderful and help get to it. Bed a little worn. Lots of night noise from the Restaurants and gathering places below till 1130. (That’s Italy-expect it anywhere). Staff was So Helpful and pleasant, helped switch lots of questions. "El agua caliente dura muy poco y la ducha es muy incómoda , además se sale toda el agua ya que no tiene cortinas y el vidrio que tiene no protege bien. El tema de la aplicación lo encuentro bastante incomoda y poco práctico, más fácil mandar las instrucciones por WhatsApp . El ascensor es diminuto y muuy lento , el acceso no es muy cómodo si vas con maletas grandes a un tercer piso "
