「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Ik vind Fletcher altijd redelijk basic. Er staat vaak dat dit viersterren hotels zijn, dat is niet mijn ervaring. Het is meer 3; en dat geldt ook voor het aangeboden ontbijt. Niet erg uitgebreid, eieren vaak teleurstellend, maar er is voldoende aanbod. Vers fruit zou wel een fijne toevoeging zijn. Het raam op mijn kamer stond open bij aankomst. 「What a fantastic find in Zaandam — we couldn't have been happier with our stay. 「Hoping the food can be even better」

「Property is very close to train station and zanse schanse and staff was very helpful in accommodating our late check in, holding onto luggage at reception etc. Only thing to complain about was the soap in the shower was running low but we also didn't try ringing the reception to ask for more so can't dock them for that」
