「I didn’t really see the staff because I didn’t need to. But they were kind enough to call and message me right after I checked in and settled into my room. The lights confused me as it was my first time in Europe. Turns out you put your keycard in a slot by the door and then they work lol. But my bathroom wasn’t super clean…. 「Nice room, nice staff」

「這次我們住宿的是兩房一廳的公寓房型，整體空間真的非常舒適，位置也超級方便的，周邊機能對我們來說是非常方便，只是廚房的垃圾每天都會幫忙清理但不知道為何另外兩間浴室的就沒有整理，浴室淋浴空間排水似乎不是很好都會積水所以要洗的小心翼翼，另外有一點讓我們很介意的是，第一時間遇到的女生櫃台很熱心還幫我們查找地圖，但之後換成男生櫃台人員的時候就冷漠許多，這是因為我們發現他對其他西方人的答覆跟服務態度跟對我們的有落差，這讓我們感到有一點被歧視，除此之外飯店的位置及硬體設施是真的都很不錯。」

「Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, explications claires. Un message quotidien pour savoir si tout va bien et si nous n'avons besoin de rien. Un espace personnel en ligne qui permet d'accéder à toutes les fonctionnalités, très pratique! Appart moderne, très propre, bien équipé. Jolie vue dégagée. La literie est confortable. Résidence très calme, pas du tout de bruit. Bonne accessibilité en bus, permettant de rejoindre le métro (ligne 52) vers le centre d'Amsterdam. Ca se fait très bien,...
