「Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel. When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She marked my booking no. then talking very fast that I cannot get the meaning. Later, she gave me 1 door card. I said we are 2 people here and should have 2 cards. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.". 」

「Overall a very pleasant stay, conveniently located in the center of Den Haag and close to all kinds of shops. The apartment was cozy and quiet, staff was also quite friendly. The only minor complaint is that check-in time is at 4PM which is much later than most other accommodations.」

「The bed was comfortable however the room was not set up well. The furniture was crowded. The eating area was small and there were not enough utensils. The towel rack was so high I couldn’t reach it. The entry way had very steep stairs and this whole area smelled of mould and air freshener so that I held my breath going in and out. For three nights it was quiet but the last night there were people singing and shouting outside until 3am. Not our best hotel experience. 」

「The room was quite spacious with very high ceilings and mostly quiet - at times I could hear the neighbours in the hall. Considering the higher price of the hotel I was surprised to find some amenities substandard or lacking - broken towel rack in the bathroom, no bathroom soap, nowhere in shower to leave your personal items, old and worn towels, no other bedsheets (only a duvet) or pillow options.」
