Worked great for me but may be not for everyone.
Clean accomodation, welcoming staff, walking distance to the subway (U-bahn). Unfortunately, no tea or coffee in the room and the wifi is also not very fast/reliable. Okay neighborhood but no grocery store or landry facilities nearby.

Shower was smaller than what you get on a cruise ship!!! Very claustrophobic. Bed was very comfortable. Disco light in the bedroom was strange and very dated.

The style and administration of the niu Loco is a little bit different than most of the traditional hotels. It is designed and organized very efficiently, that is why the price service relation is excellent. The staff was well trained and very motivated. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We really enjoyed staying at the niu Loco hotel in Munich. It was close to the businesses we visited and public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fine for a short stay and if you have ready access to your own car or other local transportation. It wasn't easy to get to by airport (cost was about seventy euros by taxi; no direct option by metro or public transportation). The closest metro is about a 10 minute walk through an isolated stretch that was dark at night. Ubers downtown is about twenty euros each way/15 minutes, and the metro is about 2 euros/30 minutes. Food/bar options are very lacking in walking distance, just a gas station convenience store across the street. We arrived early after an overnight flight and had to pay extra for early check-in (even though a room was ready). The room itself was nice and comfortable, and their efforts to be eco-friendly are top-notch (including a free drink at the bar if you don't take cleaning service). But, there is a light smoke smell that lingers everywhere.

Dear guest,Thank you very much for your review.We are pleased that you found the room nice and comfortable but we regret that there was a light smell of smoke in your room although we are a non-smoking accommodation. Your criticism will be forwarded internally and we will increasingly point out the smoking ban in all areas upon arrival. Yes, early arrivals are generally subject to a charge with us. The room is ready for check-in at 3:00 p.m. on arrival day. It is possible to buy an early check-in for EUR 15,00 in advance and then you can use the room already at 1:00 p.m. Spontaneous early arrivals can not be guaranteed. However the luggage can be stored free of charge any time.Hopefully you will visit us again one day.With kind regardsYour the niu Loco team

Nice hotel, would return
Hotel is very nice, everything is modern and it is well situated near metro station. Staff is quite friendly. Room is very small and bathroom amenities are quite poor, one cleaning liquid which is both shampoo and soap, also they did not have slippers.

Tolles Hotel in praktischer Lage zwischen Innenstadt und Allianz Arena. Moderne Ausstattung und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. In direkter Nähe befindet sich eine U-Bahn Haltestelle sowie ein Park & Ride Parkplatz mit sehr günstigeren Konditionen.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und sauber. Der check-in war schrecklich. Die Begrüßung bestand aus dem Hinweis, dass die check in Zeit ab 15 Uhr wäre und nicht schon um 14:35 Uhr. Auch meine Bitte um Abrechnung der hinterlegten Kreditkarte wurde verneint. Wir bezahlten dann cash. Das nachträglich hinzubestellte Frühstück (war gut) ist dann pro Person 5 Euro teurer. Dies sagte einem auch niemand. Wie denn auch, die Dame am Empfang sprach mit uns nur englisch obwohl sie bei dem langen check-in meinen deutschen Ausweis lang genug in der Hand hielt. Es besteht auf jeden Fall Verbesserungspotenzial. Fazit: Nur im Notfall wieder dieses Hotel, da der Service einfach schlecht war.

Schön gestaltete Zimmer, das Rosa hat eine beruhigende Wirkung. Sehr sauber, und durch die Lage in zweiter Reihe sehr ruhig. Fantastische Matratzen, habe selten so gut geschlafen! Freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Übernachtung, 18,50€ für ein Frühstück fand ich zu teuer und hab es daher nicht in Anspruch genommen. Auch eine 0,5l-Wasserflasche für 3,70€ finde ich überteuert, das wurde aber durch das Freigetränk wieder wettgemacht, das man bekommt, wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet. Minuspunkte: Die Dusche mit niedrigem Wasserdruck, ständig schwankender Temperatur sowie wehendem Duschvorhang gibt einen Punkt Abzug. Keine Tissues im Bad, Föhn sagenhaft verdreckt. Die Umgebung ist ein Gewerbe-/Industriegebiet, der nächtliche Gang von der U-Bahnstation unter der Autobahn entlang war etwas scary, also auch hier keine 5 Sterne.
