This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before returning to the apartments. I did find a very good pizza restaurant right around the corner, though.

It was a delight to stay at Smartliving Apartments during my trip to Munich. The property was in great condition and well cared for. Check-in was an easy process that took less than five minutes. The property is also located close to bus stops and a U-Bahn station which are reachable in eight minutes or less depending on one's walking speed. It also sports a well designed common area that has a vending machine for purchasing meals, beverages, and snacks. I would highly recommend this property for a trip to Munich.
