The hotel was clean and quiet.The service and cleaning team perform their best and when needed, very fast and freindly. Beacuse of them I recommend it to every one. We stayed 15 days and support was available 5 min when you send email.everything was perfect :)

This property is not close to the city center but public transportation is close and convenient. The shower has mold and the baseboards are dirty. Linens were clean. The large couch has seen better days and prob needs to be replaced. Neighbors were noisey and construction next door didn't help. Grocery store around the corner and a bakery down the street. Secure area

we found the house very clean and in a well connected area. However the apartment was extremely tiny, it wasn’t ideal for five people, we didn’t even have a table with enough chairs so we had to eat on the bed or on the floor. We believe it shouldn’t be ranted for five people.

Great place for a short visit

Great location for visiting Munich. Room itself was a bit small but we didn’t spend much time there (too much to explore!) so it was fine. Very clean and great communication.

We traveled as a group of three ppl and stay in this property for 8 days. Actually, the property conditions is much better than I thought initially after seeing the review comment made by previous visitors. The room has a simple and compact kitchen allowing you to do some simple cooking. Also, there is a refrigerator in the room which is a huge plus during the summer time. The only down side is the ventilation. Since there is no AC inside the room, the property does have a small fan provided to us. However, it might not be sufficient given the room size. Except for this part, I have a quite positive experience on this property.

This property was good. Nothing fancy but no complaints and nice inside. It’s a basic place to crash for a stay in Munich. Everything to get in and out is fully automated and works really well, but when we had a question I was impressed that someone answered the phone immediately. Main advantage was close proximity to the rails. Also, had some restaurant options nearby. To us it had a bit of a hostel feel in the sense that I was awoken a couple times in the middle of the night to hallway conversations, and the building itself has a more worn feel to it. But the unit itself was perfectly nice inside and clean. Overall, it was a good value and worked great for our trip.

Gerne, hier die überarbeitete Version: ⸻ Nicht zu empfehlen! Das Zimmer war extrem heiß und nicht klimatisiert – an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Es lag direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, unmittelbar vor dem Fenster eine Ampel – entsprechend laut war es die ganze Nacht. Das Waschbecken tropfte schon beim normalen Händewaschen. Der absolute Tiefpunkt: Mitten in der Nacht um halb 4 wurde ich unsanft aus dem Schlaf gerissen, weil die Duschwand aus Glas ohne mein Zutun aus der Halterung brach und in tausend Teile zerbarst. Eine massive Gefahr! Am nächsten Tag konnte ich daher nicht einmal duschen. Ich habe eine 20%ige Erstattung angefordert – bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung vom Anbieter. Fazit: Nie wieder.

Je n'ai jamais vu ça... je ne sais pas comment l'appeler. Très petite chambre, sale, les murs sont noirs de crasse, plafond cassé sur la mezzanine, tout est entassé. Les couloirs sont dégueulasses. Les oreillers sont inconfortables. Les lits sur la mezzanine sont très très sales. Fuyez, allez ailleurs
