The staff was great! Helped us out on so many things including booking a tour. There was a mistake booking our hotel room but they were able to correct it and everything was good. It's a little out from the city but the room was big.

Conveniently place near the Munich highway. Staff were great with helping any questions I had. The room I stayed was amazing, it was spacious and consistently cleaned when I came every night.

Stopped here as part of a longer trip. To be honest a bit stuffy and old fashioned for our family including young children. The rooms are a bit dated and no kettle to make a coffee available. Good is pretty expensive as is breakfast. They did have a children’s room with some games set up. You are in a business park so there is no where really to go other than Lidl. Fine as we just slept and left

Quiet Munchen experience/Good price

This is little bit away from the city center, if you have a vehicle it is not that far. But the overall hotel stay is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were very late for check-in, 2300h. There is staff at the reception all the time. There is parking in the hotel for a fee (16€ per night). They have a wall outlet for electric car charging. But it is slow. It is enough if you have a smaller battery. Also there is free parking in the front, or the back of the hotel. But they are getting full quickly.

The staff at the reception were amazing with their service and from the bar too. We requested quite a few things we needed for our room from Ice to Scissors, and was given in time. The rooms were really big, and there were three of us too. The toilets were amazing and clean too. The only thing I would say is, some staff need to be more confident of the place Munich. As they will be the first people we will go to for information like transport and where to go. As well as, some cleaning staff (think she has glasses and curly hair up done - probably the supervisor since she had a clip board on her hand) can be interpreted as a bit mean when asked for towels from their trolley, which didn’t come as friendly. Anyways, all good on the other hand and would deffo recommend, just far from central so we took taxi all the time.

Had a great time.

Nice and spacious room with good air-conditioning. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. All interactions with staff were good. Location a short walk from the S2 Reim station. Would likely stay on my next visit to Munich.
