The room is ok, clean, could use more in detail clean (shower had mold, restroom door didn't lock properly) beds were comfortable. Check-in was awful. This hotel will send you an email to check in. If you get it, it should be easy to do it and you'll be in your room quickly. If you don't get t it, (like my case) good luck getting someone to help. They have no one at reception if you arrive past 7pm. There is a number to call, but is an automated IA "agent" that keeps looping with their response. It took over 40 minutes for someone to call me back and resolve the situation. They didn't process the reservation so I never got an email. They gave me 1 breakfast as an apology, eventhough we were a family of 4... Location and price is not worth the lack of customer service. Plus the guy at the reception the next morning was rude and acted as he was doing us a favor. 200 euros hotel rate with poor customer service, I don't think is worth it.

I will say this property has a great location, right next to the subway and tram. Walking distance to many restaurants, and the price for the room was good. The room itself was lacking a lot. We stayed in a quadruple room, and the bathroom had two huge windows and the door had a large gap so there was no privacy at all when using the bathroom. There is no air con which is understandable because it’s Europe. However, there are no fans and when I asked for one, staff said they don’t have one. There were windows without screens and a strange pulley system for the skylights for ventilation. I found the room to be very dirty, there was some liquid (juice? Soda?) from the previous guest that was spilled and dried on the floor in an obvious spot. The floor was very dirty overall, I tried to clean it with baby wipes and a bath towel. It was a basic room and I guess it’s fine if you don’t have high expectations.

The beds were changed regularly which was nice. The room and bed was large. No laundry was difficult. Check in and check out was easy. The cafe is cash only and there was no sign to explain this. Overall good but not incredible. It worked for us since our needs were low.

Area was a spot on close to everything. Peaceful quiet neighbourhood. Beds was good! But. The air conditioning is something horrible and jesus lord the bedroom with too small sliding door was a total joke. If you’re able to find out the things by yourself, ok! If the technology doesn’t work - good luck!

We booked this hotel for the night before my 85 year old mums operation close by. I was on a late flight from London. My mum travelling to Munich by train. We were meant to get a check-in code 24 hours before check-in. This did not happen. We emailed at 8 am, and both tried calling the hotel (number listed appears to be inactive). After not hearing anything my mother booked a different hotel as she was anxious. The website states that the reception on a Sunday is only manned u til 12noon! We tried to then contact the hotel for a refund but were told as it was non-refundable they would not honour a refund. Feel disappointed as if they had done what was promised 24 hours beforehand then all this would not have happened. The email with check-in instructions finally arrived at 4pm- 2 hours after we were able to check-in.

Avoid staying in this hotel. It is not safe. I saw drunk men urinating in the courtyard entrance to the rooms when i was getting in and there were loud noises impossible to sleep most nights. Safety is a high concern. The front desk is open only till around 2 pm.

Sauberes und sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Duschvorhang wäre von Vorteil. Such ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre bei so einer Hitze nicht schlecht. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen.
