I marked this property down because of the terrible AI concierge which failed to properly answer my questions about self-check in, gave me a phone number that was never answered and generally made me feel nervous about what awaited me for an after hours arrival (10pm) when no-one would be there to let me in. As it transpired, the automated process was easier than expected and the facilities were in good order. Someone at the hotel really does need to address pre-arrival communications though.

The room is ok, clean, could use more in detail clean (shower had mold, restroom door didn't lock properly) beds were comfortable. Check-in was awful. This hotel will send you an email to check in. If you get it, it should be easy to do it and you'll be in your room quickly. If you don't get t it, (like my case) good luck getting someone to help. They have no one at reception if you arrive past 7pm. There is a number to call, but is an automated IA "agent" that keeps looping with their response. It took over 40 minutes for someone to call me back and resolve the situation. They didn't process the reservation so I never got an email. They gave me 1 breakfast as an apology, eventhough we were a family of 4... Location and price is not worth the lack of customer service. Plus the guy at the reception the next morning was rude and acted as he was doing us a favor. 200 euros hotel rate with poor customer service, I don't think is worth it.
