I was not informed in the message from hotel that for late arriving I need a special procedure for receiving the access for the hotel. Due to traveling I was not able to receive the message informing me about the procedure. It is supposed after payment is done to receive all possible occasions for accommodation with very clear instructions. Surprisingly i found a label on the locked door I had to call emergency number for which I do not have possibility due to lack of German phone number and I have only data connections like viber, what’s up lines.

Lots of room for the price

The room was very spacious and had an incredible balcony and was located near bus and train routes to the Octoberfest and Marionplatz.

Amazing stay

liebes LifeStyle Hotel, My stay at your hotel was awesome! I have enjoyed the Junior Suite a lot! It was easy for me to work homeoffice due to given space. The Kitchen was nice and big! It was easy to cook, i was bringing some utensils myself, since i asked prior which kind of utensils are already there. We had a balcony but the light couldn’t be repaired during my stay unfortunately but it didn’t bother us that much. I also enjoy my access to the indoor pool which has an amazing view, as well to the sauna and to the gym which was quite cute .. The cleaning stuff does an amazing job there. would definitely recommend! The Location is perfect by the way.

Avoid this place

My stay at this hotel was far from what was described. Despite filing a complaint with Hotels.com, I couldn’t get anyone to assist me in finding a different place to stay as the staff did not respond to my initial complaint. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, causing us to cough throughout the night. The bed and floor were dusty and dirty. The electric blinds were not working, making it uncomfortable to wake up early (around 4 am) due to the sunlight. Additionally, the telephone in the living room didn’t work, which was concerning in case of an emergency. When I went to the front desk, which was not available 24/7, I spoke to the hotel manager who was very rude and refused to acknowledge the poor condition of the room, even after I provided all the evidence. All my requests made in person, via calls, and emails were ignored.

Liked: The room was clean and set up like a little studio apartment. There was a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. There is a convenient store right below the Premier location which was helpful. Dislike: While the kitchenette was nice, there were no cooking utensils- so there really was no use for the stovetop. There was no soap other than the small bar hand soap in the bathroom, so washing dishes was interesting. Because we are traveling from the US we didn’t want to buy a thing of soap to only use while staying here for three days. The bath/shower had the smallest piece of glass to help with shower spray, but because the piece of glass moved on a hinge the water from the shower flowed freely to create a lake in the bathroom every time we showered. It was so much water that not even a towel laid in the ground would help. Overall: It seemed as though they used up their full budget on making the outside look presentable while leaving the inside looking like a back alley motel from the sketchiest part of town. We were really worried when we first arrived based on the hallways. Based on the pictures I saw on here I really though it was going to be a nice hotel, but upon arrival it was quite the opposite. The area around was nice, and it was a decent walk to either the S-Bahn or U-Bahn, so if you want a location closer than a 15 minute walk this is not your place.

Schöne geräumige Junior-Suite mit Balkon und Küchenzeile. Geschirr war für zwei Personen vorhanden, Backofen, zwei Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Geschirrspülmaschine. Leider fehlten Kochgeschirr, Kaffeemaschine und Spülutensielien, eie z.B. Lappen, Spülmittel und Geschirrhandtuch. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, Unterkunft gepflegt und sauber. Pool- und Saunabereich klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffee übersichtlich und gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Produkten.
