Check-in was easy once I found the office (it’s tucked away through the dining room). The room was big, spotless, and cleaned up every day without me even asking — nice touch! A couple of downsides: no safe in the room, and I skipped the breakfast since it felt pricey, especially with a grocery store right in the same complex. That said, the breakfast spread did look really good.

Lots of room for the price

The room was very spacious and had an incredible balcony and was located near bus and train routes to the Octoberfest and Marionplatz.

Everything was very good the only downside is that the bathroom smelled a bit bad. The location is good, close to the oktoberfest. And public transport is nearby.

Very nice hotel! Location was decent, I really liked that a grocery store was right next to it! WiFi was lighting fast. My only complaint was the infrastructure if the shower cause water to leak on the floor. Other than that it was a great experience.

Liked: The room was clean and set up like a little studio apartment. There was a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. There is a convenient store right below the Premier location which was helpful. Dislike: While the kitchenette was nice, there were no cooking utensils- so there really was no use for the stovetop. There was no soap other than the small bar hand soap in the bathroom, so washing dishes was interesting. Because we are traveling from the US we didn’t want to buy a thing of soap to only use while staying here for three days. The bath/shower had the smallest piece of glass to help with shower spray, but because the piece of glass moved on a hinge the water from the shower flowed freely to create a lake in the bathroom every time we showered. It was so much water that not even a towel laid in the ground would help. Overall: It seemed as though they used up their full budget on making the outside look presentable while leaving the inside looking like a back alley motel from the sketchiest part of town. We were really worried when we first arrived based on the hallways. Based on the pictures I saw on here I really though it was going to be a nice hotel, but upon arrival it was quite the opposite. The area around was nice, and it was a decent walk to either the S-Bahn or U-Bahn, so if you want a location closer than a 15 minute walk this is not your place.

The room was very clean and we loved the features. There were a lot of outlets which was appreciated. The only thing I would say is the water pressure was extremely hard which made it difficult to shower but not a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
