Nice Stay

It was nice stay! The room and facility were very clean and well maintained. The communication was easy via WhatsApp. Check in process was a bit taking time with automated system. But we enjoyed the stay.

Very good and innovative hotel!

The team was super friendly and helpful during my stay, as I arrive after 10 pm I was expecting. It is definitely very good service without the traditional check-in/checkout procedures. My only recommendation would be to make it easier to contact the team, as I had to reach through many channels before I got to the WhatsApp number.

The property used a Self Check In capability which was okay, but I prefer real time customer service. After our arrival, I was able to find a actual staff member to answer my questions. Supposedly communications via the Whats App message tool would receive prompt service, but I did not attempt to do so. I did not understand that the property used a communal bathroom for all guests, so as an older couple we did not find this particularly enjoyable. Nonetheless, we were looking for a economical, close-to- the-airport accommodation, so the Hotel Garni filled that minimal square.

Pientä sähläystä sisäänkirjautumisen kanssa etuovella, mutta kaikki hoitui yhdellä puhelinsoitolla. Siistit paikat todella mieluisa kokemus. Suht näppärästi pääsee bussilla rautatieasemalle ja sieltä keskustaan/päinvastoin. Alue missä sijaitsee todella rauhallinen. Hinta ja laatu kohtasivat täydellisesti

Nach meiner anstrengenden Anreise wäre mir ein personaler, nicht ausschließlich digitaler Check-in lieber gewesen. Die Ausstattung meines Einzelzimmers bewerte ich als hervorragend, das Frühstück hat mir gut gefallen, auch den Aufenthaltsraum und die Terrasse empfand ich als bereichernd.
