Room clean and quiet with a nice patio to sit outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had to checkout before my friends could pick me up and staff opened the breakfast room for me to wait and made me a coffee too.

Nice small family style hotel; staff super friendly, rooms new, clean and comfy. If you have a car then it is definitely worth saving some $ and stay here vs downtown; commute to park&ride in Studentenstadt takes 15min and then u can catch the subway and be at Marienplatz in another 15mins

Kind of non traditional but well maintained property, studio apartment layout. The ground floor is the hotel and the remaining floors are full time residents. You get a code via email that lets you in to the property and your room - easy/peasy. I never saw anyone at the reception. Staff are around during breakfast and likely for cleaning during the day but I wasn't around so cannot say for sure. It is in the suburbs, kind of rural surroundings but it has easy access to public transport to get to city and back. Breakfast was included and it was good. I couldn't take advantage of it everyone since I had to get to the city early and the commute can take an hour to 1.5 hrs each way.

Good but overrated

A decent roadside motel. The first feedbacks seem overrated, though. - Simple but decent breakfast - Clean comfortable bed a bit on the firm side - A good garage. Some junk stored in it - Self-service with codes etc. - Friendly and timely service on phone

I am very well travelled and generally avoid leaving negative reviews—in fact, I rarely ever do. However, I believe it’s only fair to leave an honest review of our experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful village, making it a nice choice if you’re looking to unwind from the city and experience a quieter side of Germany. There is a lovely local German restaurant about a 15-minute walk away, but otherwise there isn’t much nearby. Be prepared for a self check-in with little to no service beyond a brief email, which wasn’t detailed enough. The room lacked several basic amenities we would expect from a hotel, including air conditioning, a kettle, and a mini fridge. During summer, the lack of AC made the room very uncomfortable. A standing fan was provided, but it wasn’t sufficient. There is a vending machine with drinks and snacks, but when we asked for ice, we were told none was available. We also sent a WhatsApp message asking if a kettle could be provided, but never received a reply, even by the time we checked out. To make matters worse, we found a used towel hanging behind our room door upon arrival. Overall, the stay was acceptable for one night, but the lack of basic amenities, poor communication, and housekeeping oversight meant it did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
