Perfect location, stunning and sleek hotel
Hotel and staff were top notch. We needed extra help driving to the place by car, so make sure to just call the hotel and they will guide you (it’s in a pedestrian zone!). Mini bar well stocked, motorized shades were lovely, room was gorgeous and well appointed. Very quiet except at night when some drunk people would sing outside… Would have appreciated 2 extra towels for long hair, and also more, and more conveniently located outlets. They had a huge minibar, but we needed more places to plug in our things and less booze ;) In all, excellent off-season stay in a stunningly gorgeous hotel that was in a top location near everything!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Munich
The DO & CO lived up to all of its excellent reviews. My partner and I loved this place. It was centrally located in the heart of Old Towne Munich. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were good about providing restaurant suggestions and identifying "must see" spots in the city. When we got to our room, we found a personalized welcome note from the staff; a very nice touch. The room was on the top floor and was spacious, clean, and with a modern layout and furnishings. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, but it was jampacked every night. My only minor criticism of our accommodation was that the pillows were too soft and offered no support. However, when we requested additional pillows, the staff was extremely responsive. I highly recommend the DO & CO, and we would definitely stay there again.

This property is in a great location but is VERY loud. There is construction at and below the building. It is a 3 YEAR project so keep in mind the noise isn't going away any time soon. We understand it's Munich and beer halls and late nights but the nightlife noise was also incredibly loud. You know if they leave earplugs on the end table it's an issue.

Amazing Hotel downtown Munich
This is my first time at this hotel in Munich, usually I am staying at the four seasons. This time I took this hotel. I find it very welcoming, the tuff was super friendly and help with everything. Device at the restaurant was very good. Very good breakfast. Room is very clean and modern. I will come again for sure

Best Hotel in Munich!
DO & CO exceeded expectations and my expectations are high! We had a corner room with views from two sides of the hotel. We had a beautiful view of the cathedral and also a city view. There were 5 huge arched windows looking out that made me almost not want to leave the room! Stunning room! The staff surprised my husband for his birthday with balloons on the bed, champagne and a lovely dessert. We also had a nice, handwritten note upon arrival. This hotel is in the heart of the center of Munich with tons of shopping and good food nearby. The city vibes were amazing, although the hotel is situated such that we did not hear noise and there were no crowds right outside of our hotel. I highly, highly recommend this hotel and hope to return myself again!

The room quality is undoubtedly superior. I've never seen a hotel "mini-bar" selection like it, absolutely wonderful. The bathroom and shower was fantastic. The hotel location is perfect. They are trying really hard. But I didn't like it, I'm so sorry to report. Front desk staff are super nice people. But they have clearly been asked to be "uber helpful" and I'm afraid I found it pretentious and irritating in equal measure. As I approached front desk for the first time, I was greeted by one of the three men standing by the desk which has width for only one person. Then, as I checked in, each of the other two men kept intruding in the process. Even pressing buttons on the iPad the first man was using. I don't want to be served by three people at once. It's not normal. It's actually not a pleasant experience, despite the obvious good intention. I was checking in for two of us, two separate rooms. Two of the three men then took us up by elevator, each one to show us into our respective room. I was shown the TV remote and even how the up/down buttons on the aircon wall mounted control panel change the target temperature. I don't need to be shown how a hotel room works. In fact, all I actually needed to be told by front desk, would be "WiFi login is by QR code on the TV, and breakfast begins at 7am, have a comfortable stay". As it turns out, my aircon in room 405 did not have any cold air to offer and, combined with the heat from the heated bathroom floor, it was too hot.

We do work with trainees, as we believe the hotel industry can only survive with young, motivated colleagues in the future and the best way to train our trainees is that they do the same tasks as our other staff. If they struggle or any mistakes happen, there is certainly always a senior person on duty to supervise them – sometimes next to them at the front desk. I am really sorry, that the situation of three person behind the front desk made you feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, it is our normal procedure to show the rooms and the details to our guests. Of course, the next time you are more than welcome to decline this kind of service. Last, I am very sorry about the air condition, we have already cleared the issue with the responsible company! The parking was a little confusing upon arrival as we felt we were driving on a sidewalk with opedestrians. Once we got past that, the rooms, the service, and the location was great! We stay there again when in Munich!

A rather good hotel, a bit on the expensive side but worth it. The location is unbeatable, at the very center of Munich, and the S8 train line brings you from the airport right to the hotel door. The hotel’s restaurant and bistro turned out to be better than the many alternatives we sampled. Our only disappointment was that the “city view” we had reserved turned out to be the view of another building across the alley.

Nice hotel and great location. A few recommendations. Climate control needs to be allowed in the room, king bed is actually two beds not well put together, the reception is right in the face of the elevator, and finally turn down service personnel tend to barge into the room without giving the guest time to respond.

terrific location and staff were very helpful! Keep in mind when booking that taxis or Uber cannot drop or pick up in front of hotel since it's in the pedestrian zone unless they have a permit. However it is not a big deal since they will be right around the corner or the hotel will call one for you to come directly to the hotel.

Do&Co is a sharp new intimate hotel with a most convenient location for the Munich leisure visitor. Very obliging staff. Cheerful, spacious rooms with cool mini-bar set-ups and glass-walled baths. Good double bars and restaurants. Small scale makes it an easy-in, easy-out property. Front desk area is a bit small...perhaps to minimize the 'hotel' feel, and the property is very strict about no-refunds for shortened stays. They are within their rights, but some properties still show flexibility in this area.

This boutique hotel is brand new with all of the updated lighting, remote blinds, shower heads etc. The mini bar is fully stocked and they have ice cold water with lemon waiting for you when you check into your room. They even put little ice packs in the freezer. which was helpful for our picnic lunch for our Neuschwanstein tour. I just cannot say enough good things about how WONDERFUL and friendly the staff are at this hotel. The only negative things I can say are the taxis do not know that they can drive up to the hotel front, so they drop you off a couple blocks down in the Marienplatz. The church bells are a little loud and the room lighting is a little too dark to put your makeup on appropriately in the room we were in. However, there is a lighted, magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Overall, we LOVED this hotel!

Lovely people, gorgeous space
The most friendly, thoughtful and generous staff. When I arrived I popped out to the supermarket to buy a few snacks, including yogurt, which I raved to the woman was so good in this country. The next morning I awoke to a knock at the door with a complete array of yogurts and fruits they arranged for me. One of the nicest gestures I’ve had traveling through many hotels over the years.

Great boutique hotel with special touches. Very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. It's walking distance to restaurants and Marienplatz (shopping). The area is busy specifically on weekends . But loved the hotel

We stayed at DO & CO Munich for 3 nights at the beginning of June and are very glad we did. Our stay in Munich was at the end of a trip to Italy that left us quite tired and worn out. We thought it would be nice to splurge on a very nice room at a new and fashionable hotel as a way to recharge a bit before heading back across the pond. We stayed in a Junior Suite - Corner Room on the third floor which was one of the nicer rooms I've ever stayed in. There is a ton of light from large windows and an amazing view of the Frauenkirche just a few feet away. The amenities are top notch with a large TV, huge mini bar selection, and one of the best rain showers I've ever used. On our first night, we ate in the Gastwirtschaft restaurant which turned out to be a lovely surprise. The schnitzel was on par with the best schnitzels I'd had over 5 or 6 previous trips to Germany and Austria. In terms of location, the hotel could not be better positioned for a tourist as it is right in the center of all of the sights, shopping, and restaurants. The staff are also very friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Marinela who was a ray of sunshine for us every day of our stay) All in all, you cannot go wrong with this property. The rooms are expensive, but incredibly reasonable if you look at what your money buys you vs other hotels in the area. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay at DO & CO!
DO & CO is an amazing hotel with amazing team members. We were met with a warm welcome and that continued throughout our stay. The rooms are unique and high tech, the lobby is energetic, the showers are amazing, and the beds are super comfortable. Small touches like fresh fruit made our stay even more pleasant. No matter our request - directions, softer pillows, or help getting our car in and out of the pedestrian area of the Marianplatz, we were met with a "yes" and the most wonderful service. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

Gorgeous hotel!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DO & CO. The staff was very friendly. Our room was gorgeous - plenty of room, with a well appointed bar, huge shower, comfortable bed! The hotel is in a great location - close to shops, Marienplatz and restaurants. I was there for business and we were able to easily walk to our meetings. Would definitely stay here again!

Small but beautiful and comfortable room with outstanding mini bar & all the equipment you need for in room cocktails, which is good since hotel bar had limited hours. Restaurant on site. Excellent location in the heart of the city center.
