This was an excellent stay in Munich. I traveled with family and it was very comfortable, safe, and well located. It made traveling around super easy and convenient! However, I just wish it included amenities like breakfast, laundry on site, and locker storage. Also, one of the remotes was broken and I couldn’t watch TV. They didn’t send a replacement either, the chat on WhatsApp is AI powered so beware!

Hotel is surrounded by lots to eat. Also close to public transportation with a short ride to the city center. The zoo in Munich is also a highlight. It’s only a 10 minute bus ride or just a 20-30 minute walk through the city and lots of parks. Hotel was clean and well stocked. Quiet area, AC worked great. Staff that I saw while they were cleaning and stocking were nice and helpful.

Super clean, modern and comfortable. Easy self check in and communication with management was great. The place is very quiet and feels like a home away from home. We loved the in floor heating in the bathroom and the bed was amazing comfy!

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were extremely hygienic. The staff’s attention and hospitality were truly commendable; they were always friendly and helpful with everything. The location is excellent in terms of transportation. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and the city center can be reached in just 10–15 minutes. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and easy access to transportation.

Brand new and very clean. European mattresses must just be not that comfortable, because these were supposedly new but still not very good. The showers spread water everywhere and make the bathroom slippery and unsafe. We were moved from our first room to another room with a slightly better shower enclosure, but still not great. Hosts are not on-site, which made things a little difficult. They are responsive to phone calls - but you need an international phone plan to call them and I had to figure that out first. I just had data roaming, not phone, as I didn't really plan on making calls - and I didn't have to make any other calls for the rest of my trip. They would benefit from an official business WhatsApp. Rooms would benefit from the addition of refrigerators, otherwise amenities were good.

This is a very interesting hotel, with fully automated check-in (no desk) and all electronic entry (via "keys" on a website or a touch pad combination lock). The rooms are brand-new and sleekly designed, and everything is comfortable and easy to use. It's in a great location, virtually on top of an S-Bahn station, with several great restaurants and a brewery pub nearby. My only complaints with the room were the motion-sensitive light near the door, which triggered when I got up to use the bathroom during the night and didn't go off for several minutes afterward, and the HVAC, which ran loudly all night without seeming to do much actual cooling. But the room was nevertheless very comfortable and a great place to stay for a few nights.
