This hotel was very convenient to many things we wanted to do and very close to public transport, which made it easy to get around the city. The room was great and the staff were very helpful.

Good Value during Oktoberfest

Great hotel for the price during Oktoberfest. The market you can take the elevator down to is fantastic. The staff is welcoming as well and the coffee is very good!

Very good budget hotel, even during Oktoberfest

Good location just a few minute walk to S-Bahn. Supermarket right next door, good parking spaces both in the building and around the area. Generally good hotel but a bit loud in the room. I can hear everything outside from the train and my neighbors having a phone call including sexual interaction…

It was very clean, very friendly and very convenient to the s-Bahn to take us into the city. The breakfast was lovely and there was an on-site shop and a 24 hour reception.

Good night's sleep and breakfast to start the day

Clean bathroom with excellent shower. Comfortable bed with good temperature control in room. Clean, modern aesthetic in architecture. Good breakfast with polite and friendly staff. In wiper neighborhood rather than central Munich. Easy walk to railway platform to reach either subway or central train station. Good restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

Clean room, easy walk to train, and very welcoming staff. We drove to Munich and dropped our rental car about a ten minute walk away. We were able to walk a few minutes to the train toward the central station and Oktoberfest celebration. I requested an iron and the overnight gentleman working at the concierge desk was so helpful. I accidentally spilled water in the lobby and he wouldn’t let me help clean it up. He was absolutely so kind and forgiving. The clerks at check in and checkout were lovely as well.

Very comfirtable place to stay, walkable distance from a S-bhan S7, quite neighborhood. REWE in the same building. This place is out side of the busy city area but with s-bhan 10 mins to city centre.

Good experience - would certainly stay there again

I found the room to be "like new" in every respect, including all the features in the bathroom. "Comfort" loses a star for having duvets that were a little on the small side, and of course for not providing any kettle or mini-fridge. I did not opt for the breakfast, knowing that there was an excellent food supermarket on the ground floor of the same building, from which milk, juice, snacks etc. could be obtained. The room was prepaid and check-in was very smooth, use of the key-card ditto, and checkout was merely returning the key card and thanking the desk clerk.

Good Basic , staff training needed

Hotel is good , well cared for and in a decent location. Be careful at check in I was double charged & it was impossible to get the receptionist to deal with the issue , when I proved their error . The refund was made the following day but to a long time to be credited to my bank .

We ordered a room for two adults and one child (5 years) over expedia. They hadn´t an extra bed for the child and told me that they don´t have any extra bedding for children up to 14 years! It´s uncool to have an almost adult child in your bed. Also smaller kids don´t sleep quietly when they are on vacation so I couldn´t sleep because our child was "rotating" in the bed. Apart from that the people working there were really nice and the room was very clean.

Brilliant hotel for a short stay

The hotel itself was brilliant, just what we were looking for and only a short walk from the nearest S Bahn stop, the REWE downstairs was also very useful. Only gripe was noise pollution if we were being picky, the street outside was noisy pretty much 24 hours a day.

Just the job

Room very clean . Breakfast good and plenty of choice . Hotel close to U Bahn. Shout out to Alessandro on reception at nighttime, very pleasant , friendly and helpful. Did his best to make sure we had the correct number of towels in our room.
