The elevator broke, but we got free breakfast which is very helpful. We really like the breakfast, healthy and good variety. We also like the staff because they are very friendly. Unfortunately without elevator, we had to carry our own luggages all the way to our high floor. The room has no AC, so air is little stuffy. The UBahn station is closed.

The elevator was not working for the 3 days I stayed there. The staff were helpful in getting my luggage to and from my room. Lack of airconditioning on a 34c day made it hard to sleep even with the small fan inroom. Bathroom is super small, getting in and out of the shower was a bit of a challenge. Location is fine if Ubahn stations nearby are open but none were, buses were adequate. 30min walk to Marienplarz, 20 mins to Hauptbahnhof

A great stay at this hotel. The room was large and had everything you needed. You are 5 minutes from the Oktoberfest site and directly outside a metro station. I would recommend this hotel.
