Wunderbar einfaches und modernes Hotel. Preislich fair und wunderbar sowohl an die A9 als auch an den Münchener Nahverkehr angebunden. Das Familienzimmer war etwas kompakter als erwartet, aber sauber, ordentlich und mit bequemen Betten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier einkehren.

Guten Tag. Ich möchte Ihnen mitteilen, dass der Aufenthalt im B B Hotel München City Nord eine absolute Katastrophe war und wir sehr enttäuscht über den Ablauf sind. Meine Mitreisende und ich sind um ca. 15.30 im Hotel angekommen und sollten am Terminal online einchecken, was trotz mehrmaliger Versuche nicht klappte. Die Ansage lautete "Ihre Buchung wurde nicht gefunden" Vor Ort stellte sich heraus , dass auch weitere Gäste nicht einchecken konnten. Im Hotel war kein Mensch anwesend, den man hätte ansprechen können. Mehrere Anrufe bei einer Münchener Service Nummer, die man anrufen sollte, gelangen ebenfalls nicht. Es klingelte ca. 20 mal durch, bis man dann irgendwann aus der Leitung "flog" . Auch Anrufe beim B B Hotel waren erfolglos. Wir trafen dann zufällig auf einen Mitarbeiter des Reinigungspersonals, der uns nach Rücksprache mitteilte, dass um 17:00 Uhr jemand erscheinen sollte. Das funktionierte dann auch und wir konnten etwas später unser Zimmer betreten. Aufgrund der Verzögerung von ca. 1 1/2 Stunden mussten wir ein Taxi zur Allianz Arena nehmen, um noch rechtzeitig zum Spiel Bayern München - Borussia Dortmund zu gelangen, die Fahrt kostete 30 €. Für uns ist völlig unverständlich, dass man vor Ort bei Problemen einfach alleine gelassen wird und zudem niemand zu erreichen ist. Das ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Wir erwarten Ihrerseits eine Entschädigung für die entstandenen Kosten und den damit verbundenen Ärger. Rüdiger Kexel, Neuheim 35 a, 48155 Münster Zug
