The only drawback was that there was no air conditioning and the room could get terribly hot but other than that the accommodation was clean, comfortable and tidy and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were very clean. The check-in and check out instructions were very clear. I also loved our room and the convenience of being so close to the S-bahn (railway) stop. It was also situated in a nice neighborhood.

Lovely stay with friendly people. Very nice and clean room. Breakfast was good. The area was good and beautiful. Would book it again if i want to go back to visit München.Much better to stay in Eichenau, than staying in München.

Service (check-in, check-out, breakfast and HK) highly disappointing. Had several issues during the stay. They can't be coincidences if so many. Amount paid for 3 nights: 720€. Bauma fair or not, I do nor recommend this "hotel". Fyi I spend at least 40 nights in hotels (any type) per year.

This hotel is okay but no more. I found someone else's socks and a screwed up ball of paper in plain sight in the bedroom. Breakfast was okay but the buffet was all open and exposed to the many wasps that had been attracted. The location is quiet and an easy walk from the station. This wouldn't be the place to be if you wanted to be in the city.

The lady on reception was very nice, we arrived a bit early and she had only just received the booking. Our room wasn't ready. So we went next door to the Italian Restaurant/Pizzeria. When we returned she was chasing for our room to be finished. Pleasant room, Eurosport available on TV. Huge variety of food at breakfast, nicely laid out. The only thing could comment on was the carpet in the lift was a bit tatty. My partner found the railing outside the door to little balcony hadn't been cleaned.

Position well suited for Munich site access.

We picked this place to be close to a railway station for access to Munich and area. A ticket purchased here for 9.60E gave unlimited travel with all public transport. This was great. The hotels receptionist was fabulous giving us a lot of help in this travelling information. The hotel had easy car parking, good access to the room, lovely breakfast choices. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however we found the restaurant next door very poorly run, after waiting almost 1 hour for the first course and another 1 and quarter hours for main courses. The restaurant across the road was vey friendly, better choices of meals and certainly more efficient, The railway station was only 7 minutes walk down the road and trains appeared half hourly. The town was nice, but not touristy. Good place.

What I did not like was that there was no access to a water kettle in the room where we could make our own coffee. When I asked to borrow a kettle for the room - I was told that I would be charged 10 euros a day for the kettle. They did not even grant me access to boiling water from their accompanying restaurant. They should put in a little more effort to make a guest's stay a bit more comfortable in a reasonable fashion.

Super cute place! The restaurant in the bldg was amazing. I loved the European small town feeling in the country over a hotel in the city. The drive is beautiful so we didnt mind the 20-30 min drive into the city. The only negative was the bedding. The twin beds are not ideal for couples sharing a bed, if you get what Im saying. lol. It became comical at times. lol. The beds should be straped together by a full/queen fitted sheet or something. Othetwise, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was perfect & worth it. The cook was friendly & impressive eith the resources she worked with in the kitchen. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and sincere.
