「Close to beach, supermarket, restaurants, security parking, clean, bed is comfortable」

「House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.」

「Easy to locate. The cabin was neat and tidy and staff very friendly. A short drive into Rockingham and the beach.」

「Did not see the value for what it cost, and the TV didn’t work」

「Overall was good. We check in before 7pm so it was very smooth and easy. Thanked the check in staff arranged 2 rooms next to each other for 2 families.」

「Great base for one or two nights if you’re on a budget. It’s a converted warehouse but smartly turned into a hotel with basic but perfectly clean rooms. Breakfast is a nice little bonus too. Nothing gourmet but was helpful to grab a small bite before leaving. Plenty of parking. WiFi was good. We also appreciate the earlier check in. Value for money excellent. Thank you.」

「Very nice」

「Lovely, quiet accommodation.」

「The customer service is excellent! When we requested for earlier check in, they tried their best endeavour to get us in as early as possible! Always there to help when we have queries. Can't complaint too much at this price. Had a great stay.」
