"Check in was self service and difficult- 2 rooms with one email not allowed even though they took a payment from me. No air conditioning, door to outside alley not safe to leave open to sleep. Could smell smoke from smoking guests. On small fan after 3 calls. Left in 2 hours and refusing to refund our additional 3 nights, 2 rooms. Still working to settle this"

"Sauna advertising misleading, there was only limited sauna availability and it was needed to book unlike normal hotel where you just go to sauna on its opening hours. Having sauna was the only reason to book the locale. There is no staff support in evening, no way to contact a person in case of issues. Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

This can be an issue especially if you want to do early check-in."

"The apartment was love, very clean, safe and comfortable, our only complaint was in such a modern apartment block there was no usb charging sockets, our solution was we were able to charge our devices using the tv usb socket, apart from that its was a great base, and if you wanted you could cook and eat in. "

"Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake.
